Need proof of a payment? Here's where your ResumeLove receipt comes from and how to get a copy.
Your receipt is emailed to you
When you make a purchase, we email a receipt to the address on your account. The subject line starts with "Your ResumeLove receipt" and includes the plan and the amount you paid. Keep that email for your records — it's your proof of payment.
If you don't see it:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for ResumeLove receipt.
- Make sure you're looking in the inbox for the email address on your account — open Settings to confirm which email that is.
Can't find your receipt?
If the receipt never arrived or you need another copy, we're happy to send one. Just contact us and choose the Billing question topic, and tell us the email on your account so we can match it to the right purchase.
Checking your plan and payments
To see which plan you're on and manage upcoming renewals, open the Plan & billing section in Settings. From there you can change or cancel your plan or update the card used for renewals.
