A template controls how your resume looks — its layout, fonts, and colors. You can switch templates anytime, and all of your content comes along.

Switch from inside the editor
The quickest way to restyle an open resume:
- Open the resume from your resumes.
- In the editor header, click the current template name to open the template menu.
- Browse or search the designs, and filter by All templates, Free, or Premium.
- Choose a design and select Use template.
Your resume updates instantly and a short confirmation appears. The template you're currently using is marked Current.
Your content is preserved
Switching a template only changes the look. Your contact details, work history, skills, and every other section stay exactly as you wrote them — nothing is retyped or lost.
Free vs. Premium
- Free templates can be used right away.
- Premium templates show a lock and need a paid plan. Selecting one opens an upgrade prompt; until you upgrade, your resume keeps its current design.
After you switch
Each design spaces content differently, so take a quick look at the preview. If something runs long or spills onto an extra page, trim a little text or try another template — your content is safe either way.
